Order processing begins once payment is confirmed and all details are verified. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days due to increased order volume. We prioritize accuracy in processing to avoid delays, and will notify you via email if there are any unexpected hold-ups with your order, such as inventory shortages or payment verification issues.
Delivery timelines vary based on your shipping destination and selected service. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch to most locations. Expedited shipping options, where available, reduce delivery time to 2-4 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners and not guarantees. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and local postal delays may impact delivery, and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected service. Fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review and confirm them in advance. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the specified criteria (e.g., minimum order value). Free shipping promotions only apply to standard delivery and do not cover expedited shipping costs.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees, and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of order dispatch, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update after dispatch.
We take great care in packaging your garments to ensure they arrive undamaged. Each item is wrapped in protective material and placed in a sturdy shipping container to prevent wrinkling, tearing, or other damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide guidance on next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
Undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number) may be returned to us by the carrier. In such cases, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize you provided incorrect information after ordering, contact us immediately—we will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or commercial address.
