This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we aim to make the return and exchange process as smooth and transparent as possible. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, altered, damaged, or worn, as these items can no longer be resold. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or with a manufacturing error.
Before initiating a return or exchange, please ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria. To start the process, you will need to submit a return request through the designated portal or channel. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes incurred during the return process—these fees will not be refunded.
When packaging your return, please use a sturdy box or envelope to protect the item(s) during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return approval email inside the package to ensure we can quickly identify your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit back to us. Please retain your shipping tracking number for your records.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment processor—please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For exchanges, if the requested size or style is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge (for domestic orders) once the returned item is approved. If the desired size or style is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to select an alternative item of equal or lesser value. If the alternative item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Defective items or items with manufacturing errors must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, exchange, or repair, please provide photos or videos of the defect or error, along with your order details. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund, replacement, or repair, at our discretion. We reserve the right to verify the defect before processing the request.
Items returned after the 30-day window, or items that do not meet the eligibility criteria, will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. We are not liable for any delays in processing returns or exchanges due to incomplete information, incorrect packaging, or issues with the shipping carrier.
